The official start of summer on the island of Lošinj was marked by the opening of a new Japanese restaurant at the Bellevue Hotel, the only restaurant with Japanese cuisine on the Croatian islands.On Sunday, June 24, a gala dinner was organized at the Matsunoki restaurant, where a menu consisting of Japanese delicacies, such as salmon sashimi, nigiri sushi and gyoza – Japanese pasta stuffed with black Slavonian pork – was presented.
